Previous PvE Experience: Vanilla – MoP: Cleared all content on hardest difficulty
WoD: HM – 6/7M, BRF – 9/10M, HFC – 11/13M
Legion: EM 5/7M (Took a break after EM)
BFA: Uldir – 5/8M, Ny?alotha – 11/12M

History of Previous Guilds: Exodus (Vanila – MoP): Left when most of the guild had long been gone and would not of been able to adapt to fixed 20 man
mythic change

Wyrm Slayers (MoP – Legion): Guild leader and most of the officers quit the game in Legion and the guild fell apart. At this
point I had been playing since Vanilla and was quite burnt out so decided to take the rest of the expansion off.

Renegade (BFA): Joined for Uldir but fell ill in the middle of progress, Came back for Ny?alotha. Currently the drive to
progress just isn?t what it once was and shows no sign of improving. Went from a 11/12M guild in Ny’alotha to struggling to
kill Heroic Sire

How did you find out about Violent Circus?: Through WoW Progress. I looked for guilds that were currently recruiting Warlocks/Ranged Dps

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:

I?m looking for a group of people that I can join that share the same drive and motivation for raiding as myself. I fully appreciate that my level of experience in the current tier is perhaps below what you might be looking for however I hope my logs show that I very much know how to play my character and my previous raid experience shows that I can handle Mythic mechanics.

My main expectation is to just join a group of people that enjoy and actively take part in all forms of content at a high standard. I am primarily focused on PvE (raiding and M+) however I have recently been getting into PvP again for some of the good trinkets to help with Mythic progress. I did the Rank 14 grind in Vanilla, and no joke, it took me 14 years to get over the burn out!!! Would be nice to take part in some organized RBG’s.

What can you bring to the team?:

I am someone that always strives to be better. I will constantly try and improve, I look over logs after fights, figure out what I did right, what I can do better next time. I will bring that attitude to your guild so that I can perform at the highest standard.

I have been a raid leader in a lot of my previous guilds, I enjoy coming up with and tweaking strategies to help kill a boss.

I am not afraid to speak up, either to own up to a mistake that cause a problem, or if I think something can be done better after it hasn’t worked for a while. Of course I will always do both in a polite and respectful manner.

I always have at least 2 or 3 characters maintained and ready to jump into raids with in order to give the guild the best comp possible for any given boss as well as to react to any heavy balance patches Blizzard might do.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.): Pretty much all the time currently. Can raid or do activates whenever as long as I am given a day or twos

Anything else you would like to add?:

I understand joining in a guild mid tier is hard, I don’t know if you was planning on extending the lockout until it’s cleared but if so I am happy to wait until you are done and join in the raids later. I don’t like guild hopping, I have only been in 3 guilds since the start of WoW, I either stay in them until they die or are unrecognizable as the guild I originally joined. I am trying to find a group of people that share my passion and drive for the game as well well as skill level, if I have to wait a while to join and realize that, I am fine with it.
