Previous PvE Experience / History of Previous Guilds:

I started my mythic raiding career in a mythic guild (named “Old”) on Silvermoon on my Rogue and went 8/10m in Nighthold (https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/silvermoon/quijota?zone=17&new=true#zone=11&difficulty=5&partition=3)

Due to player shortage the guild could not provide a mythic roster the following raid (ToS) which made me switch guilds and migrate to Kazzak (and horde therefore) joining a guild/raid named “Once Again”. I went 7/9m in ToS with them, but left the raid due to a lot of drama in the raid. Rogue was my main char back then:

After that I joined “Atom” on Ragnaros and had been with them until Castle Nathria, raiding on my Rogue until Eternal Palace and switching to my current char (Warlock) for Ny’alotha. My raiding history was as following.

Why did you leave them?:

I had been in Atom – Ragnaros (1200ish – World Ranks) for more then 3 years and served about 2 years as an officer for recruiting and community management. In terms of commitment to my character I had always been on the upper scale of the raid not really fitting into the generally more casual approach of most of the players, which is why I was seeking a new challenge. I joined Avalerion on Stormrage (WR 341) but the trial did not work out for both sides. The somewhat unwelcoming and tight raid atmosphere caused a drop to my performance compared to my prior raid, so quite honestly after 5 weeks it didn’t make sense for both sides to continue, which is why I am seeking a new raid at the moment.

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:

Violent Circus makes an impression of being a community-driven guild, which is the biggest factor for my guild search. My approach to raiding, also being in 6h per week CE guilds for years now is certainly progression-first, which should fit into your raidcommunity nicely. My expectations to my new raid are the same I have towards myself, being respectful, honest and positive.

What can you bring to the team?:

– a communicative approach
– high attendance and activity in and outside of raids
– maturity and extensive life experience
– humor (although due to my age I sometimes might slip into dad joke territory)
– high level of preparation and commitment to raiding and my char in general
– a mentality that is always set on learning and improving

Availability(How often are you available, etc.):

I love raiding and therefore hate to miss raids. My raid attendance has been >99% over the years. I am a very active player also outside of raids.

Anything else you would like to add?:

I am a communicative yet calm and laid back character with strong principles and always try to have a positive impact on the communities I am participating in. I am working as an IT-Consultant (while I originally graduated in Philosophy, History and Comparative Literature).

Besides raiding I am a dedicated m+-player and a willing communication partner for whatever topic one will swing at me.
