History of Previous Guilds + Why did you leave them?:
Damnatio: This was my first raiding guild where i participated in the alt raid raiding 1x per week. Left the guild to expand my experience and push onwards.

The Azeroth knights
Firelands achieved 2/7 heroic wanted to see if we were able to push onwards but that was the limit for the group we had. Left the guild to expand my experience and push onwards.

*Inept*
*Dragon Soul 25 man CE achieved+ Siege of Oggrimar 25man HC/20man Mythic took a break from game after many reclears deranked to social. Disbanded in Highmaul

MV+HoF+Toes: When i returned after my break Inept was still raiding but due to private situation CE raiding was not my priority. I joined friends on Horde and played casual normal raids.

Judge
Achieved 10/13HC 10 man on Throne of Thunder they continued the push towards 10/10Heroic 10 man. forced to quit my parents bought me gametime back in the day and i was not able to play the game. Deranked to social. (they became a succesfull CE guild on Silvermoon but to this day it seems they stopped playing)

Vestige
Did not have enough serious dedicated raider to push Mythic progress they merged with Profound and changed server as i can remember i did not commit and stopped raiding after. (they became a succesfull CE guild but to this day it seems they stopped playing)

Myst/Team Swat NL
Normal/Geroic casual raiding guilds i joined to play and see the content again no intentions to push Mythic/CE

Explicit
Achieved 9/10 Mythic with a new guild and team in Castle Nathria also playing a completely new role as i wanted to see i was capable of reaching this goal playing the game with a new mindset. Moving into Sanctum of Domination the guild changed server from Eonar > Ravencrest due to recruitment problems.
Left the guild with a notice ahead of time and finished the week of raiding before joining The Nightshade to push my goal to reach CE with multiple kills.
Explicit did get CE in the second last week and myself was able to rekill Sylvannas 10 times looking back i was happy i made the change to a faster dynamic raiding guild.

*The Nightshade*
After reaching 10/10M in Sanctum of Domination and killing Sylvannas first time there were a lot of roster changes and come and go. The guild created a pretty strong core team moving into Sepulcher of the First ones. Moving into this tier i wanted to explore my chances playing a diffrent Class/Spec to feel how it is like as goal to become stronger as a tank player eventually but over time and raidmanagement decisions they asked me to play my Druid which i am completely fine as my goal is to reach CE as a guild together. I am very happy the guild is having me as a tank i do enjoy playing this role and i learned a lot since i started playing it in the beginning of Shadowlands.
I am allways looking to push my limits when i returned the game in Shadowlands with a new mindset to see what results are possibly able to make.

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:
I did some boosting with Fluffy in Sanctum allways was a good time and often tune in his stream to see you guys play which allways looks pretty relaxed thinking in solutions rather than problems.
Raiding twice a week appeals me a lot aswell

What can you bring to the team?:
Looking back when i was way younger and manage to finish the tier and quit after that was just sloppy and due to my parents having to buy me gametime not the ideal situation. I allways played the game through out the expantions but never like i did since the start of Shadowlands i made a return with a goal to be a reliable loyal player to build on. No more leaving after killing the last boss a few times. i want to be around long term.
High attendancy, prepared tactics/consumables, Vocal think about externals/question i might have and i want you as guild to feel you can build on me.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.):
Currently raiding monday/wednesday/thursday 20.00/23.30 (total 10.5H a week) i am most of the time online after 18.30ST either raiding or doing something else.

Anything else you would like to add?
As written above i returned the game with a diffrent goal and mindset i was having a blast in Explicit but after not reaching cutting edge in Castle it felt bad but i proceed! moving in sanctum facing the same problems with recruitment and poor play in raid i felt like it was time to then move on to an other guild where i normally would have left in the previous tier without giving it a chance/time to fix. I am happy with my current guild that they are having me as a tank but raiding 2 days a week and raiding with a more faster paste does intrest me and becomming famed slayer would be the ultimate accomplishment as a team. it would also be a blast ( i think) tanking together with FLuffy.
I also hope i have evolved as a player since the start of Shadowlands since i first started tanking.
