I have multiple CE under my belt playing as different classes. Resto Shaman/Warrior/Druid

I joined “I N V I N C I B L E” after taking a break from the game for a couple of months at the behest of a friend. It was the first full nationality guild I ever considered joining in my 18 years of playing this game. Its the current guild I am raiding with, but alas the culture of this guild is not a fit for who I am and who I want to play with.

This guild was my passion project, I started this guild as co-gm over 6 years ago and we took it from rank 2000 to rank 400 with some high level kills here and there. A group of fantastic players from diverse backgrounds coming together to raid 2 days a week to great success. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Equity until it was time to take a break, when I came back to the game the guild had mostly disbanded, with members each going their own way.Why did you leave them?:
I haven’t left my current guild yet as stated above, but am planning too. I am too old for the drama, the toxicity, the lack of acceptance for constructive criticism. We all make mistakes, and a few of us own up to them, and even fewer of us accept feedback on how to move forward. How did you find out about Violent Circus?:
I was browsing WoW Progress and your mission statement echoed with me.Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:
I am hoping for a mature raiding environment, with like-minded people that enjoy each others company and feedback. A guild that strives to better each of its members, with responsible officers. Somewhere where you can jump into an M+ and have some fun or spend late nights on Discord just messing around. All of the above while getting CE in a timely manner each season.
What can you bring to the team?:
I consider myself a mature person, and a decent player that can learn anything in this game with a smile on his face. I lead a guild for close to 6 years and know the struggles, ins and outs and challenges. I like to think I’m humble enough to acknowledge my own mistakes and provide non intrusive feedback when requested.Availability(How often are you available, etc.):
I am available pretty much every day of the week, but up to the limit of 2 raids and a 3rd optional during early progression. I would definitely like not to get stabbed in my sleep by my gf for raiding too much.Anything else you would like to add?:
I’m looking forward to hearing from you. I’m more than happy to jump on a call with anyone that has additional questions about this application. -
