Why did you leave them?:
– Eleven Degrees – Disband
– Azys (Moved -> Too Much Fun) – Disband (both)
– Veneration – To toxic
My Bad I Guess was very suited for me. As you can see in the SoD Log, this is a Setup where I can Perform on orange logs.
But as life plays, I became a father,… I had to reduce my times and so I said good bye to MBIG.

Raid Times are better for me.
Consistent Performing Guild -> I Expect long time experience in providing a Setup/Tacs/Know how from the Leading Team.

For the Raids, 99% (Can happen to be on a business trip once or twice a year)
During home office I’m at least available in Discord and maybe 1-2m+.
Rest of week, after I put my kid/wife to bed ;)

I like to perform! This is no simple phrase, I’m really unhappy with my situation right now.
My current guild goes to casual. Long ASS Killtimes, bad Setup, missing buffs/debuffs. Tactics that lets melee suffer insane on Uptime.
I often tried to talk about this and how we could improve. But it was always like:”Yeah good Feedback, we will think about it” Nothing ever happend.
