    Previous PvE Experience:
I was mainly a PvP/Arena player for the majority of my WoW career since 2006, only doing raids casually. In BFA, I achieved 3/8M in Uldir. So far in TWW I managed to get 8/8H + 1/8M in Nerub-ar Palace.

For what it’s worth, I began raiding seriously in Classic. Initially, I joined a semi-hardcore guild and cleared AQ40 and parts of Naxx. Later in TBC, I joined a top Horde guild and stayed with them until the very end of its life in WOTLK. We secured 4 out of 6 server-first titles, including Magic Seeker, Conqueror of Naxxramas, Death’s Demise and Grand Crusader.

    History of Previous Guilds:
Before BFA – PvP/Arena oriented guilds.
BFA “Ross Kemp on Guilds” – semi-hardcore, mythic guild.
Classic “Hellscream” – semi-hardcore, top 5 server guild.
Classic TBC+WOTLK “It Is What It Is” – hardcore, server first guild.
TWW “Ross Kemp on Guilds” – casual heroic guild.

    Why did you leave them?:
My previous guild was from BFA and hadn’t been active until TWW, but it’s not the same guild anymore. So, I left to find something different with the goal of clearing Mythic raids each season.

How did you find out about Violent Circus?:
    Raider IO webpage

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:
I started playing WoW on the Scarshield Legion RP-PvP server, where I PvPed and encountered many amazing players. Although Scarshield Legion and Defias Brotherhood were in different battle groups, I’ve always heard great things about your server and the community here. I genuinely believe this could be the guild I can finally call home.

There is a mention in the guild’s description about the transition from a PvP focus to tackling some of the most challenging PvE content. This resonates with my own experience from Cataclysm, when my PvP guild decided to explore raiding and found it to be incredibly fun. I appreciate the blend of competitive play and camaraderie.

From this guild, I expect a well-structured and organized environment where members are dedicated to both improving their skills and supporting one another. Most importantly, I’m looking forward to being part of a friendly and welcoming community.

What can you bring to the team?:
I bring a focused, positive attitude to every raid and enjoy collaborating with others to tackle challenges together. I’m a dedicated and consistent player. In my previous guilds, I took on several support roles to help with organization. I developed a web service to streamline split runs, improved our Discord server, and assisted with guild management tasks like tracking attendance and managing loot distribution.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.):
I’m available most evenings from 19:00 to 24:00 and during the day on weekends from time to time. I plan my schedule around WoW activities, so I’m there when needed.

Anything else you would like to add?:
Outside of the game, I’m a Software Engineer, avid snowboarder and cyclist.

Just to add to the topic (since I can’t edit the original post):
Although I don’t have recent retail CE experience, I fully understand the level of individual and team effort required to succeed. I’m confident in my ability to consistently execute mechanics and maintain high throughput. As for the guild, I’m looking for stable, long-term membership to become a dependable part of the team.

    Hi Deadly,

Thank you for your application, it is well written and you seem like a nice guy.

Unfortunately we are looking for someone to potentially step immediately into Mythic end-boss level content, and we do not feel you have the recent experience needed for us to consider accepting.

We wish you the best of luck in your search for a guild!
