Previous PvE Experience: Tanking Mythic since BFA, always been playing a veng DH as a main character
History of Previous Guilds: genuine(Blackrock) – Seraphim(Stormscale)
Why did you leave them?: With genuine, I cleared CN CE, at that time as a Havoc DH since Tank spots were very contested in our guild. When we didnt manage to kill Sylvi in Season2, we called it and the guild stopped raiding mythic.
When Dragonflight launched, some old veterans of genuine, including me, would start a fun HC raid. But after some time passed, I realised how much I missed raiding mythic – so I applied at Seraphim, which were happy to trial me as a tank and make me their main tank for the entirity of DF up until this point, where our RL decided to call it due to a lack of motivation in our guild. How did you find out about Violent Circus?: wowprogress.com – what is important to me is a high standard raiding guild that is able to clear CE in 2-3 raid days a week. I know that you guys are some edges above my current log/exp game, but as a tank, you gotta try all options there is out there or you will not be raiding CE, especially as a veng DH.
Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?: I know the ins and outs of raiding in WoW in general and started playing the game back when I was 15 and TBC was released. Ive been tanking mythic encounters since BFA and tanked the entirity of DF since it came out, means I’m not a returning player or a HC Andy, but an experienced mythic tank that is craving to hit CE (again).
What can you bring to the team?: Crisp, necessary calls, a mostly chill/calming personality and the ability to quickly adapt to new bosses/situations (at Seraphim, I was used to play “solo” as a tank since our co-tank, believe it or not, did not want to use a mic (or wasnt able to, i dont know tbh) so I had to make all tank relevant calls myself and also used to call out defensive cooldowns for my co-tank aswell here and there).
Availability(How often are you available, etc.): Your raid days match my schedule.
Anything else you would like to add?: Consider giving a lower rated tank a chance to improve himself and become the legendary CE tank he always wanted to be. Also, jk, looking forward to chat/text with you guys.
Cheers
~NashyHi Nashy,
Thank you very much for your application. While we appreciate your spirit, unfortunately, we do not think you have the experience we’re looking for in a raider, so we have decided to decline your application.
We wish you the best of luck in your search for a new guild!
