Previous PvE Experience:
I have been raiding since WOTLK with most noteworthy achievements being Garrosh mythic kill. I have raided almost every tier on a semi casual basis but skipped a few tiers in recent years. As far as experience goes, having been more towards the casual side I stalled out at heroic and at times first few bosses on mythic.

History of Previous Guilds:
Have had a guild with some friends for over 9 uears (Exploding Sheep Inc) and later Grim Society however at some point we where to casual to keep leading and during multiple extended breaks the guild started losing people. A few months back joined a befriended guild called Raven Council.

Why did you leave them?:
Have not left yet, friendly bunch and also raiding but the inclusiveness and lower expectations that comes with that is holding progress back quite a bit which would be fine for me up untill now. This tier though I am really starting to enjoy some harder content and am very motivated to jump into mythic raiding and experience that end of the spectrum.

How did you find out about Violent Circus?:
I found you guys through warcraftlogs actually, looking which guilds on the realm where pushing the content I aspire to do. Seemed like you might have some spots left and as soon as I saw your raiding times which are perfectly for me (even better then my current times) I thought I would try to obtain a spot with you guys.

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:
I think this guild would be a good fit since it focusses on the content I aspire doing, the raiding times are perfect and my expectation would be that this also is portrayed in the groups atmosphere. Can’t imagine a toxic environment that performs so well in harder content so that alone motivates me to apply with you lot.

What can you bring to the team?:
Pushing harder content with skilled players like you also raises the expectation around my performance which makes a little nervous. I am the kind of player though that takes the time outside of the game to sim and crunch the numbers, look at logs of other better players on how to perform better, prepare for the fights by learning the tactics and see how my char can utilize anything in my kit to perform to the best of my ability. This comes with a eager to learn mentality so I am very susceptible to tips and critisism.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.):
Your raidtimes are perfect for me which would make me a reliable raider when it comes to attendance. Next to that, this tier I am maybe even playing a little too much haha, enjoying the content and pushing keys almost every night so having people interested in joining me for that would be welcome also.

Seeing quite some declines as well it could very well be you dont have a spot.
