Previous PvE Experience: Started raiding seriously in SL getting CE in Nathria after running my own guild but I achieved that with another guild and Sanctum I achieved CE followed by consistent tiers of mythic since until now.

History of Previous Guilds: I started my own guild in SL with some friends which split due to raiding differences in which I then temp joined another guild to help them finish CE for the tier and upon doing so applied to my current guild for Sanctum in which I have been with them ever since!

Why did you leave them?: If I had I choice I wouldn’t leave but unfortunately, the guild/community leader who also raid lead has stopped his involvement in the game and the majority of officers have decided to change the guild to become more casual in their approach which does not align with my goals so I have started looking elsewhere and upon reading your description it seems an almost identical fit to what I am currently apart of as a community

How did you find out about Violent Circus?: By scrolling through WoWProgress for likeminded guilds

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?: Everything about how you sold the guild feels like a carbon copy of my current guild/community indomitus, a group of mature friendly players who all strive to achieve the same goals and help each other out but also provides more than just raiding and is somewhere you want to spend time of outside of raid!

What can you bring to the team?: I bring a Driven and problem-solving-minded player who is always looking for ways to improve and help others get the best possible outcome out of the encounter, whether that is log diving for even the smallest improvement (e.g. realising our warlock CDs on sylvanas were being misused) or just spotting that some people even myself may be underusing pots or their healthstones, as I was part of a data team this is something that I do naturally now and have some screenshots for what I do and might show how I think about progression https://imgur.com/a/P5nh7kp but I also am a very friendly person as with working through customer service or customer-facing roles in my time I’ve grown to love talking to people and can give and take my fair share of banter.

Anything else you would like to add?: Firstly, thank you regardless of the outcome of the app, I understand hunter isn’t the most attractive class in WoW but I hope I have made my best case to make myself considered, I am more than happy to elaborate further on roles I’ve taken in raids such as Bomb carrier, seed carrier, Add CC prior, interrupt rotations I’ve been apart of if you’re interested and I am also very comfortable on voice, overall though, thank you for considering me and have a lovely Morning,Afternoon,evening wherever or whatever it may be :)
