Nerubar Palace 8/8 HC (Guild – Misfits)

    History of Previous Guilds:
Original Classic Guild (Broken Fang) and Guilds with friends simply for the purpose of PVP.

TWW: Current guild – Misfits – AOTC

    Why did you leave them?:
Want to join a guild that matches the same skill level, but also has desires to push themselves and achieve higher goals.

How did you find out about Violent Circus?:
I actually applied at the beginning of TWW to Violent Circus, due to the raid days being perfect but also having similar backgrounds in PVP. I immediately felt I could relate to some of the guilds drives and motivations, however was understandably declined due to a lack of experience and PVP and it was suggested I come back in one or two tiers to show some experience. Whilst it is only heroic logs, I achieved top 50 World MW Monk score for heroic. Sadly due to the limitations of experience this was the best environment/guild I could find for my first season of pushing PVE.

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:
I believe this guild would make a great fit, not just due to the PVP background and raid timings; but also the fact you describe yourselves as a competitive group is why I think it would be a good fit. Striving to be the best at what I do, and constantly pushing myself to learn and improve is how I approach games. Whilst having some fun and meeting cool people along the way.

What can you bring to the team?:
From a personal perspective: someone with a good attitude, I encourage good communication between people, and am definitely confident when it comes to discussing how I and my group can overcome certain obstacles. In general I like to have a laugh and get on with my peers, but when its time to focus, my head is always in the game.
From the gaming perspective: I am someone who likes to not only understand my own class in as much depth as possible. But also the classes of my fellow raid team, especially those in the same role (healers). I like to strategize best possible ways I can utilize my class attributes to help push through different bosses. A lot of S1 TWW, I helped my guild by taking on the role of coming up with healing strategies and how best me and my fellow healers could rotate our CDs depending on the fight.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.):
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (all day)

Anything else you would like to add?:
After being declined at the beginning of TWW. I was not disheartened but motivated. I wanted to show that whilst my experience in raiding was not there. I knew I had the skill level to compete at the highest level. After joining the best possible guild I could with my experience, I believe I have demonstrated that. I really think the guild and I would make a great fit. I understand that I would still need to prove myself, and not just be given a raid spot straight away, but this is something I am committed to doing.

Last thing is that whilst MW monk is my main, this is simply due to me enjoying the playstyle and class fantasy of it the most. I also pushed 2.5k + on disc priest and resto shaman comfortably in M+ this season, and would happily raid on either of them too.
