Previous PvE Experience:
Have been playing since vanilla – focused on raiding (I don’t PVP unless there are significant PVE powers to be obtained)
Since late MoP have been getting all cutting edge kills (except for Antorus where I quit after Aggramar for personal reasons) and have played in a mythic environment ever since it was introduced.

History of Previous Guilds / Why did you leave them? (Merging the two to tell my story):
MoP: Casual playing towards the end but managed to find a guild and get CE 25m Garrosh (cant remember names)
WoD: Played in Drive since its inception and watched it grow from a new guild into achieving world 50 (played 7dpw). Was an officer late into Foundry and for HFC. Quit in between expansions for studies.
Legion: No more time for 7 day raiding. After taking a break for studies in between expansion came back for legion joined a friend’s guild for a bit (emerald nightmare) and then joined Eversio – Ravencrest (new 3 day guild formed during nighthold). WR520 NH / Became officer and kept guild afloat amidst leadership issues and managed WR414 KJ / Was officer throughout Antorus but quit last boss for personal reasons. holy paladin throughout
BFA: No more time for officer-ships although still contribute with healing setups/opinions etc. Back with Eversio for the entire expansion as a disc/holy priest [except in nyalotha where I did rsham to fit guild needs]. Uldir WR296 / BDA WR 146 / TEP 238 / Nyalotha WR254
Shadowlands: Eversio again (Now called Reversio-Kazzak), with them as hpala in Nathria (WR249). By the end of Nathria the guild wanted to do a major shakeup to attempt to push for top 100 (unsuccessfully). A bunch of the team that would get replaced, formed my current guild “Ex Gratia – Kazzak” where i’ve played since as hpala / hpriest / disc priest depending on the guild’s needs. SoD WR 376 / SFO WR 279 / VOTI WR 328 / ASC WR 291.

In all of the above I have always been part of nearly all the progress kills of my guild as a main healer.

I am currently leaving Ex Gratia, as I’ve been informed that they do not want to continue with me this coming tier, I haven’t really been given a proper reason but I don’t care for drama so I decided to look for home elsewhere. I personally believe the issue lies with certain key people of the guild not really liking me but that’s just conjecture :)

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us? / What can you bring to the team?: (merging the two again):
As you can tell from above with a wow career of 10+ years, I have only been in a handful of guilds. This is because I have always been the type to look for a guild to play with through thick and thin, while always keeping things competitive. Taking the recent news as an opportunity to dial back the commitment hours I have on wow per week due to IRL (have a full time job and a wife), I am currently looking for a competitive 2-day guild that will keep my raiding interests peaked/satisfied. What I bring to the table is maturity (can take any criticism as long as its constructive – no name-calling over the internet please), skill (can handle the dirty jobs as well as pump when needed – although I dont believe hps logs aren’t a greatest metric to assess healers by) and dedication (as hopefully illustrated above), and a (hopefully) worthwhile perspective (having a decent raiding experience under my belt as well as always doing my own raid prep). In addition I’m pretty comfortable / confident I can play any healer as in the past I managed to flex between 4 healing specs at a CE level. I do also flex into DPS when needed although casually, but I’m quite competitive so if I ever had to do it for raiding I would definitely do whatever needed to be done to stay competitive. (I have some m+ tanking experience – but that’s also on the casual side).

Availability(How often are you available, etc.): My general attendance rates are quite high – I do plan my life around my commitments and consider raiding one such commitment, always give ample notice if I ever need to be away. If I would join a 2-day guild I would expect to have near-perfect attendance (as it is easier to manage 2 days than 3+). Outside of raiding I’m quite active. I play a healer so for a large part of the tier my gear is dependent on how much m+ I push so I make sure to always stay relevant. I do maintain an occasional alt here and there for fun. S1 I had priest/paladin/hunter, S2 I have an evoker (devastation/preserv – have yet to try augmentation).
