Also played Windwalker/Resto Sham/Warrior for individual bosses as requested by the raid leader.

    Previous PvE Experience:
    – Started raiding in CN, got cutting edge while playing 4 different specs across the patch.
    – 10/11 SotFO. Guild “Wipe Faster” disbanded at Halondrus. Me and ~3 others merged with the second group of INVINCIBLE and continued progress untill Jailer. Missed kill due to IRL issues but I had the fight in the bag. The guild never pushed for another kill after.

    History of Previous Guilds:
    – xHero – First raiding experience. Took me in during their last attempts at Mythic Sire because they had no other option as healer, but they were hopeless.
    – Wipe Faster – Funny people, had big gaps in roster. Got CE on Sylvanas with them but disbanded at Halondrus after countless wipes.
    – INVINCIBLE – Took me in, and showed great interest but I didn’t have the time to take WoW too seriously.

    Why did you leave them?:
    – xHero – Way too toxic and casual and some officers reformed the guild as Wipe Faster which I joined.
    – Wipe Faster – We still play with each other to this day so I never really left. This is where I started taking WoW seriously and realized most of the guild wasn’t really commited as much as I would’ve liked. In the beginning of Sepulcher I predicted Halondrus would crush this guild as individually players were mostly ok but coordination was awful. Sadly I was right and we stopped raiding.
    – INVINCIBLE – I was skeptical about Dragonflight so I didn’t play since day 1. Asked about retrialling recently but the timing was very unfortunate as some close friends were openly arguing with the officers about bad raiding roster selection. I received a vague answer and since then I never tried again.

How did you find out about Violent Circus?: Sickzey recommended your guild!

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?: After each of your raids, Sickzey joins a discord group we usually hang around on and praises the guild as mature and skilled. As he recently informed me that there are open raider spots, I’ve looked into what your guild is trying (and succeeding) to build and I would be very fond of a dramma-free environment where people’s reaction to constructive criticism is improvement. I also hope that as a 2-day raiding schedule guild, every player values each other’s time and that everyone will work to the best of their abilities to optimize raid nights, whether progression or reclears.

What can you bring to the team?: I am a very progression-oriented player that adapts quickly to new encounters or specs. You will get my full commitment as any of the specs you require me to play min-maxed for each raid encounter. Willing to maintain several characters raid-ready as any role should the guild require/see a benefit in doing so, while also playing them at high standards.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.): Weekdays after 5 CET, weekends all day.

Anything else you would like to add?: First of all, I know this patch is a bit lackluster as raiding goes for me but I have other achievements that maybe prove my activity such as over 3.2k m+ score on paladin and 3.1k on warrior. Rest assured however that I will always prioritize raiding over m+.
Second of all, while my logs may be all over the place (from single digit ranks to grey parses), I believe they do not accurately reflect what I can bring to the team. I am not a log oriented player and I rarely had the opportunity to play for logs. But if given the opportunity I promise to punch way above my weight.
Lastly, I would like to note that I am leaning towards rerolling shaman/druid as either spec.

    Hi again Andrei,

And thank you for the conversation on discord the other day.
We’ve dicussed a lot internally and ultimately decided that we’re not in a spot right now where we feel like we can take many risks,
and with your lack of experience etc. we will unfortunately have to decline you at this moment.

We wish you a lot of luck in your search for a new raiding guild!
