    We’ve discussed your application, and even though we thought it was a pretty good one,
    we’re unfortunately not willing to fill a raid spot with someone who’s uncertain if they can raid next/every semester.
    We also do certain raids on Thursdays, which sounds like it might be difficult for you.

    With this in mind we have decided to decline your application, and wish you luck in your continued search for a new guild!

    I’m not entirely sure what to say here, but if this was a serious application, it is unfortunately incomplete.
    And if we have to tell you that, or how to apply, I’m afraid we’re probably not the guild for you.
